I went to Dr Rousseau’s office to retreat 2 root canal’s. The overall visit was phenomenal. From the initial customer service from the desk staff, to his support staff assisting with the actual procedure, to the after care with providing detailed instructions and answering all my questions directly and promptly. I appreciate Natasha and Kelly and all the staff for making this a seamless visit. They exceeded my expectations and I’m a stickler for customer service, especially with health appointments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rousseau for years. He is fast, very competent, and very personable. Highly recommend him!

I've been seeing Dr. Rousseau's office since I was fairly young. Recently I had a concern about what looked like some damage on my front teeth, but wasn't able to visit his office on such short notice so I went to another office in the meantime to make sure it was okay. The office was a corporate provider, let's just call them "Mend". This office gave me a scary assessment, but one that felt inaccurate. They claimed I had fractures from grinding my teeth which needed a $6000 invisalign treatment or a lifelong retainer and multiple follow ups. I didn't agree with their interpretation for many reasons, so I returned to Dr. Rousseau this week for a second opinion. He and his assistant were kind as always and asked attentive and detailed questions. They assured me that my teeth were in great shape, and that my concerns were not reflective of any damage or hygiene issues, just that I had some common cosmetic inconsistencies. Not only is Dr. Rousseau and the staff here trustworthy and professional, but they also do a phenomenal job with cleaning. I've gotten semi-annual cleanings from them and it's always a very comfortable and straightforward experience.

Dr. Rousseau did a root canal for me. He was gentle with the novocaine, and did a very good job. I highly recommend him. I had no pain while he worked on me. They also squeezed me in fairly quickly.

While I don’t recommend having a root canal, if you’ve got to get one I highly recommend Dr. Rousseau. My dentist (another 5 star business- Carrie Watkins) diagnosed my issue on Monday morning at 8:15 am and Dr. Rousseau was able to see me at 7:30 on Tuesday morning. He and his staff talked me through the process, got me numbed up and had me back out the door in around an hour. They hung out and chatted while the numbing took hold and even called me the next day to make sure I was okay. This was a great experience overall and I love the next to the last line on the page he sent home with me.
